Conversion of an existing office complex situated over the central railway station in Milton Keynes into apartments.

A full electrical fit out of the 200 apartments including lighting, small power, electric heating, TV and data cabling. In addition to the residential works we completed the landlords services comprising of lighting, small power, mechanical power supplies, structured containment, LV distribution and life safety power supplies.
